Short answer: The 2027 Bronco Sport comes as Big Bend ($31,695), Heritage ($33,490), Outer Banks ($34,985) and Badlands ($36,760) before destination (reported). The first three share a 180-hp 1.5L; Badlands gets the 250-hp 2.0L, more G.O.A.T. Modes and the most trail hardware.

Prices are Ford MSRP before destination (2026 destination was $1,995; Ford hadn't published the 2027 figure as of October 31, 2026). 2027 figures are from Ford's order guide as reported by Motor1, AutoGuide and CarsDirect (Aug–Sep 2026) — we'll switch to Ford's published numbers once available.

Trim by trim

Big Bend — the value pick

The entry trim and the one most Barron-area commuters should price first. The Black Diamond package adds steel skid plates, all-terrain tires and recovery points without jumping to Badlands money. Reported 2027 deletions: heated mirrors and the fold-down rear armrest.

Heritage — the look

Retro styling on the 1.5L. The only trim that rose in price for 2027 (+$95). Reported deletion: heated mirrors. Interior Protection is the common add.

Outer Banks — comfort and tech

The nicest-riding 1.5L trim, and the only non-Badlands trim that offers Sasquatch. Reported 2027 changes: the 6-way power passenger seat is now manual and the auto-dimming mirror is gone. Tech Package available.

Badlands — power, towing and trails

The only 2.0L (250 hp), 2,700-lb towing when equipped, and seven G.O.A.T. Modes including Rock Crawl and Rally. Reported 2027 changes: manual driver seat, single-zone climate, auto-dimming mirror removed, and liftgate floodlights moved to the Camping Package. Tech Package was $2,295 for 2026.

G.O.A.T. Modes

Big Bend, Heritage and Outer Banks have five: Normal, Eco, Sport, Slippery and Off-Road. Badlands and Sasquatch models add Rock Crawl and Rally. Every trim gets Slippery — the one you'll use most in a Wisconsin winter.

How we'd choose
