The Super Duty Carhartt Package (17R) is a $4,195 option for 2027 F-250 and F-350 XLT Crew Cab single-rear-wheel 4x4 pickups.[1][4] It adds a dark grille, 20-inch machined wheels on all-terrain tires, LED lighting, off-road running boards, Carhartt graphics, a Carhartt-logo spray-in bedliner and a Duck Canvas–inspired cloth interior. It comes with either the 7.3L gas or the 6.7L High Output diesel, in six colors, and Ford took orders starting May 8, 2026.[1][2]

Is the Carhartt Package worth it?
Worth it if you want an XLT that looks like a work truck, you'd buy a spray-in liner and all-terrain tires anyway, and you like the tougher cloth interior over leather.
Add XLT Premium too if you want the 360° camera, heated seats and the 12-inch screen; Ford knocks $250 off the pair.
Skip it if you need a dually, a Regular Cab or SuperCab, or a slide-in camper: Ford doesn't offer the Camper Package with 20-inch wheels.

Does the Carhartt Package change towing or payload?
No. It's an appearance and interior package. Towing and payload come from the model, engine, axle and cab, and the 20-inch wheels and tires can shave a little payload, so check the door-jamb label.
Carhartt or Black Appearance on an XLT?
Carhartt ($4,195) gives you the Carhartt interior, a dark grille, machined wheels and a spray-in liner without requiring XLT Premium. Black Appearance ($4,295) on an XLT requires XLT Premium, so it costs more in total but adds Premium's camera and comfort features.
