Bring the questions that change your decision

Think about the passengers, cargo, parking and roads the vehicle needs to handle. A child seat, regular luggage or trailer details make a comparison more useful.

For a trade appraisal, describe its condition and bring all the keys. If a lender holds the title, tell us before the visit. Don't send ID or account documents through an ordinary website message.

Separate the visit from the decision

A test drive doesn't require every purchase detail to be settled. If you want to review an actual proposal, ask for the vehicle price and an itemized transaction so you can compare the same terms.

For service, give the VIN or year, make and model, describe when the concern happens, and ask how long the appointment takes. Confirm any transportation needs with the department in advance.
