Why there are two
GM is extending the current Trailblazer as a 2027 model while the refreshed version ramps up. Chevrolet says the vehicle's name hasn't changed; “Limited” on the sticker and in GM's order guide marks the carryover build. Both are covered by Chevrolet's new-vehicle warranty.
Pick the Limited (or a 2026) if…
- You want the lowest price — the LS has no new-2027 equivalent.
- You want the ACTIV, Cacti Green or the 9-speed AWD setup you know.
- You need a vehicle before spring.
Wait for the new 2027 if…
- Standard adaptive cruise and front/rear park assist matter to you — on the Limited you'd need an RS with the CWN package and sunroof.
- You want the bigger screens, Gemini, rear vents or the column shifter's extra console room.
