Short answer: The 2027 Ford Bronco drops the 2.7L V6 for a 3.0L EcoBoost V6 (380 hp / 440 lb-ft, reported), adds the 4-door-only RTR and Filson series, drops the Stroppe Edition, turns Wildtrak into a Badlands package, and removes some content from Mid and Lux packages. A well-equipped 2026 can be the better value if you want remote start or leather on an Outer Banks.

2027 Bronco pricing: Ford had not published full 2027 MSRPs as of October 31, 2026. Price signals here are reported (The Bronco Nation, Oct 12, 2026) and will be replaced with Ford's numbers once published.

What 2027 does better

  • More power with the 3.0L V6 and it's offered on Heritage and 4-door Badlands.
  • RTR and Filson fill gaps between Badlands and Raptor.
  • Big Bend Mid finally gets a heated wheel; Badlands gets a power-adjustable MGV seat option.
  • New 35-inch spare covers and 17-inch black beadlock-capable wheel (64Z).

What 2027 took away

  • 2.7L V6 (forum buyers who prefer the proven 2.7 should look at remaining 2026 stock).
  • Remote start in several Mid packages — a real winter issue in Barron County.
  • Outer Banks leather and Mid power seats; some Lux speakers; tube doors and the Raptor tailgate table as dealer accessories.

How ordering works at Swant Graber Ford

  1. Pick series, engine, transmission, top and packages with us (or bring your ford.com Build & Price summary — images there can differ from production, so we confirm codes against the order guide).
  2. We review the window-build printout (WBDO) with you line by line — codes like 765, 51D, 41H.
  3. We order new Fords at invoice pricing with no mandatory dealer add-ons.
  4. Ford acknowledges the order (DORA) and it waits for allocation and scheduling. 2027 order banks were reported to open October 13, 2026 (The Bronco Nation, Oct 12, 2026); timing to delivery varies — see our factory order timeline.

Barron, Wisconsin notes

  • Engine block heater (41H) is a factory option on every series — add it if the Bronco lives outside in January.
  • Remote start moved out of several Mid packages for 2027; check that your build includes it.
  • Soft top = no rear wiper. Salt spray makes that matter here.
  • 35-inch R/T tires are capable in snow but louder on the highway; a set of winter tires on stock wheels is still the best winter setup. See 4WD modes in winter.
  • Deer season: our deer-crash help page covers what to do after a hit.

Buying a used 6th-gen? What to check

For 2021–2022 Broncos, buyers commonly check hard-top finish wear, wind noise at the frameless windows, and whether 2.7L engine valve recall/updates were done. Run the VIN on our Bronco recalls by year page.

Bronco questions

What's the biggest change for the 2027 Bronco?

The 2.7L V6 is gone, replaced by a 3.0L EcoBoost V6 rated 380 hp / 440 lb-ft (reported), and two new 4-door-only series, RTR and Filson, were added.

Is the Stroppe Edition available for 2027?

No. Ford dropped the Stroppe Edition for 2027.

Did the 2027 Bronco lose features?

Yes. Remote start and extra USB left several Mid packages and Outer Banks standard equipment, Outer Banks lost standard leather, and some Lux B&O systems went from 12 to 10 speakers.

Is Wildtrak gone for 2027?

It's now package 67B on the 4-door Badlands rather than its own series.

When did 2027 Bronco orders open?

Order banks were reported to open October 13, 2026 (The Bronco Nation, Oct 12, 2026).

Can I still buy a 2026 Bronco in Barron?

Ask Swant Graber Ford at 715-537-9500; we can check our stock and dealer inventory for leftover 2026 models.

Is a 2026 with the 2.7L better than a 2027?

The 2027's optional 3.0L makes more power (380 hp vs 330 hp) and the 2.7L is gone; a 2026 makes sense mainly for price or a specific package.

What should I check on a used 2021-2022 Bronco?

Hard-top finish, wind noise at frameless windows and 2.7L valve recall work; run the VIN for open recalls.
