Ram's 2027 Heavy Duty lineup runs from Tradesman through Limited Longhorn, with Warlock, Rebel and Power Wagon as the off-road trucks; for 2027 the Ram 2500 Power Wagon is offered with the Cummins High-Output diesel for the first time.

- A Warn electric winch is a standalone option on Rebel and Power Wagon with the 6.4L HEMI (no Level 1 group required); an anti-spin rear differential is now a standalone option on the 2500 Tradesman; a sport performance hood is standalone on Rebel and Power Wagon.

2026 vs. 2027 Ram HD: what changed
For 2027 Ram puts the Cummins HO in the Power Wagon, raises Ram 3500 HEMI GVWR to 11,440 lbs, adds a Ram 2500 Payload Upgrade Package and a fleet-only 2500 Emergency Response Vehicle, and lists only the High-Output version of the Cummins.
