The short answer
On 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn window stickers, the Level 1 Equipment Group was $1,695 and added heated front seats and steering wheel, an 8-way power driver seat with lumbar, a 400-watt inverter, power-adjustable pedals and a rear power-sliding window, among other items.
The Big Horn Level 2 group ($2,895 on 2026 stickers, $3,295 on 2027 stickers) repeated those items and added the 12-in Uconnect 5 navigation screen, dual-zone automatic climate control and nine amplified speakers with a subwoofer. Ram says the 2027 Big Horn Crew Cab Level 2 group also adds passive entry.
On heavy-duty Rams, Level 1 Plus ($2,785) and Level 2 Plus ($5,285 on a 2027 2500 Big Horn) bundle more. Groups change by model year, cab and engine, so the sticker for the exact VIN is the final word.

A window sticker lists what each group adds to that specific truck. If a truck already has an item from another option, it may not repeat under the group. Every one of those stickers lists heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, an 8-way power driver seat with power lumbar, the 12-inch Uconnect 5 Nav screen, a rear power-sliding window, dual-zone automatic climate control and a 400-watt inverter under it.
For a northwest Wisconsin truck, the heated seats and wheel alone are what many buyers want, and the 12-inch screen and power seat make the Big Horn feel a trim higher. If you'd add only one or two of those items, compare against a truck without the group: some items may not be offered separately.

Does Level 2 include Level 1?
On the stickers we checked, the Level 2 group listed the Level 1 items too (heated seats and wheel, power seat, inverter and so on), so you don't buy both.
