The short answer
All three 2026 manuals say to change the oil when the Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor message appears, within two weeks or 500 miles, at intervals of up to one year or 10,000 miles (Ford notes hybrids, such as the Maverick hybrid, could exceed 10,000 miles). Tires are rotated at every oil change; brake fluid is every three years.
The differences are in the driveline. Ranger and Bronco list front axle and transfer case fluid at 30,000 miles in severe service and at 150,000 miles otherwise. Maverick lists automatic transmission fluid at 30,000 miles in severe service and says its power transfer unit and AWD rear axle need no scheduled maintenance.

Off-road extra maintenance (Ranger and Bronco)
Ranger and Bronco manuals list extra maintenance only for vehicles used primarily in conditions such as continuous deep sand or dune driving, long high-speed desert running in 4WD above 90°F, or sustained 90+ mph driving in 4WD. Occasional trail use doesn't trigger it. Water crossings are different: Ford says axle and transfer case fluid should be checked if the unit has been submerged.
What Ford counts as severe
Ford's manuals count short trips of less than 5–10 miles, temperatures well below or above average, dusty conditions, idling more than recommended and driving with a heavy load or towing as severe driving. In a Barron County winter, the cold-temperature and short-trip items describe a lot of vehicles, so follow the severe-service lines in the table if they fit how you drive.
