The 2026 Ford Ranger comes in four trims (XL, XLT, Lariat and Raptor), all SuperCrew with a 5-foot bed; XLT and Lariat can add the 2.7L EcoBoost V6, and the Raptor gets a 3.0L EcoBoost V6, FOX Live Valve shocks and front and rear lockers.

A properly equipped Ranger XL, XLT or Lariat tows up to 7,500 lbs, but only with the Trailer Tow Package, which Ford says is required for towing; the Raptor tows up to 5,510 lbs.

2026 vs. 2027 Ranger
As of October 22, 2026, ford.com lists the 2026 Ranger as the current model; new for 2026 is the Avalanche color on XLT, Lariat and Raptor.
